Why do you think this example shows how the Aarhus Convention made a difference in your country?
It made a difference Albania firstly because it enabled interested groups to be more organized and persistent in requesting all proponents to respect the rule of law and contribute towards sustainable development, and secondly it empowered local residents so as to be more organized to request adherence to the principles of the three pillars of the Aarhus Convention in relation to proposed development in their neighborhoods.
