Evaluation of judicial systems in Europe

The report of the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice established by by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe analyzes European judicial system data from 2004 to 2010 to describe the landscape and its main trends. The report includes assesments of public expenditures, access to justice, the users of the court system, how the courts work, alternative dispute resolution, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, as wel as other court staff, trials, and execution of court decisions, amongst other relevant topics.
