Estonian Environment Information Centre (EEIC)

The Estonian Environment Information Centre (EEIC) aims to collect, process and generalise data on Estonian nature, state of environment and influencing factors provide reliable environmental information for Estonian decision-makers, Estonian and foreign public and organisations. EEIC collects data into five different databases or information systems, including data about emissions into the environment as well as monitoring data about the state of environment. EEIC employs the Public Service Standard as a tool for quality management of an organisation, reflecting the quality and conditions of provision of service and providing information about rights and obligations related to provision of service. This service standard has been prepared to improve availability of environmental information and raise the quality of offered environmental information. In English and Estonian.
