Toxics Release Inventory Burden Reduction Proposed Rule

This rulemaking enables facility owners and operations to use a shorter form for reporting certain persistent, bioaccumulative, and toxic (PBT) chemicals to the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI), the United States' Pollutant Release and Transfer Register. It also expands the use of the short form for non-PBT chemicals.
