On 21 February 2008, the Public Environmental Information Centre in Gardabani hosted a seminar on waste management delivered by the Aarhus Centre Georgia. The aim of the seminar was to introduce local environmental NGOs with modern practices in the field of waste management and give opportunity to better understand current waste policy issues in Georgia. Participants on the seminar shared their experiences and expressed willingness to cooperate in the field in future.
