Resolution of the Kyiv Regional NGO Congress

NGO representatives from Belarus, Poland, Russia and neighbouring countries adopted this resolution committing themselves, among other things, to developing the Baltic Black Sea Civic Space, supporting an Expert Council on NGO Law and to contribute to development of Code of Good Practice for Civic Participation.
