Proposal for a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register

The proposal of the Commission for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the establishment of a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register and amending Council Directives 91/689/EEC and 96/61/EC/* COM/2004/0634 final - COD 2004/0231 */ was published on 7 October 2004.
