Promoting Transparency in Advance of FOI laws

This website examines advocating the adoption of Freedom of Information (FOI) law through a strategy of gaining broad support for the underlying principle of transparency in government. This broader focus can help overcome government mistrust of FOI laws and build public understanding of the benefits of openness.
