Partners for Democratic Change is an international NGO committed to building sustainable local capacity to advance civil society and a culture of change and conflict management worldwide. Partners’ local and transnational initiatives strengthen citizen participation, good governance, the empowerment of disadvantaged groups, and the rule of law.
