Participation Tools for Better Community and Land Use Planning

The Local Government Commission presents four Participation Toolkits: Public Participation in Community Planning, Computer Simulation as a Public Participation Tool, Public Participation and Visual Surveys, and Participatory Land Use Mapping. Publishers of the monthly Livable Places Update, a report of progress made by local governments throughout the nation to become more livable; factsheets; model projects; and reports on smart growth and sustainable living.
