This report on the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) workshop on the Aarhus Convention (16 June 2004, Almaty) discusses implementation of the Aarhus Convention in Kazakhstan. OSCE is supporting the strengthening of public information centres (known as "Aarhus Centres") throughout Central Asia and the Caucasus.
