The Open Government Partnership (OGP) combines powerful forces to promote transparent, participatory, inclusive and accountable governance. The OGP Transparency Fellowship is a unique opportunity for mid- to senior-level professionals working in government, civil society, or media to expand their networks, knowledge, motivation and advocacy skills to advance their domestic and/or international work on anti-corruption and good governance.
In 2026, the Fellowship will bring together participants from Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova, Armenia, and Georgia for an immersive learning and peer-exchange experience in Lithuania and Latvia, with continued engagement over three months and facilitated access to the OGP network.
The Fellowship invites professionals working in government institutions, civil society organizations or media with experience in fields related to anti-corruption, open government, citizen engagement, good governance, or public administration reforms. Fellows will participate in an intensive 5-day Fellowship (13-17 July 2026), icnluding field visits, learning exchange with key high-level reformers, and community connection.
The Fellowship contributes to strengthening transparency, accountability and civic engagement in governance, which are closely aligned with the principles of the Aarhus Convention.
