International Pollutant Register Systems:The European Polluting Emissions Register (EPER) and the PRTR Protocol

It includes a list of substances in the PRTR Protocol additional to EPER. Some of the EPER “substances” are in fact groups of substances. Readers are alerted by the author to the apparent discrepancy in the numbers of substances covered in these respective reporting instruments.
