GRID-Tbilisi is the 15th centre of the global UNEP/GRID network. It is non-profitable environmental NGO operating under Georgian legislation. The main objective of the centre is to disseminate environmental information using modern information technologies such as geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing, and the Internet.
