Freedom of Information Training Manual for Public Officials

This manual is intended as a training resource for use by trainers and participants undergoing training on freedom of information. It is aimed primarily at public officials, although the first section of the manual could also be used to introduce civil society organizations and journalists to the concept, principles and application of freedom of information. The publication includes the 'Article 19 Model Law on Freedom of Information'.
