Fellowship Programme on International and Comparative Environmental Law

Over the past decades, hundreds of multilateral environmental agreements have been negotiated to address environmental degradation and the sustainability of human and natural ecosystems. The Fellowship Programme on International and Comparative Environmental Law provides an intensive three-week course in environmental law and policy, in Budapest, 17 July-4 August 2006. The Programme’s courses are comprised of practical training sessions involving short interactive lectures, case studies, simulation exercises and group discussions. Participants who succeed in a final examination will receive a certificate on International and Comparative Environmental Law.The Programme is organized in cooperation with the Pázmány Péter Catholic University - Faculty of Law and Political Sciences and the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe.(Original source: http://www.unitar.org/ilp/fellowship/environmental_law)
