Examples of Implementation: The «Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters» in Central Asia

This collection gathers separate examples of activity in the three fields of Convention implementation in the Central Asian Republics. These show that there is progress in the field of access to information and improvement in the field of public participation in decision-making. However, few examples of references to the court for the protection of environmental rights were found in the region.
