EU State aid decisions and access to justice

This policy report considers the implications of the findings by the Aarhus Convention Compliance Committee in case ACCC/C/2015/128 that EU failed to comply with article 9 (3) and (4) of the Convention concerning access to justice regarding the European Commission decision to approve State aid for the nuclear power plant project, Hinkley Point C, and outlines the EU’s options to respond to them.
