Essence of Aarhus is Communication

Theis report by a participant in the Second Meeting of the Parties to the Aarhus Convention provides a perspective of the meeting from the NGO community. Noting the diversity of the Aarhus meetings amd participants as well as the specific practices of Aarhus Convention-related procedures, the author makes recommendations on how to increase the effectiveness of communication.
