This seminar, to be held in Bath, England, 10–15 October 2004, will provide a comprehensive insight into environmental governance theory and practice as it relates to development, politics and economics. Main topics include: defining and exploring environmental governance, economic and political incentives and barriers, practical application of environmental governance, environmental citizenship and participation, climate change and climate justice. The seminar is aimed at policy makers in government, non-governmental organisations and business; local, national and international agencies and other bodies implementing or influencing issues of environmental information, participation, climate change and environmental justice.
