Environmental Conflict Seminar (Seminario del Conflicto Ambiental)

This semi-annual project seminar aims to promote the management of the environmental conflicts through scientific knowledge and databases. Among the topics on the 2007 seminar agenda are information on new regulations covering responsibility for environmental damages and the management of the nature protected areas. Each subject is analyzed through an inductive method, seeking from its tactical objectives to deduce principles, data, information and knowledge of a scientific nature that would better lead to conflict resolution. The seminar is being held at Universidad del País Vasco, Facultad de Derecho de San Sebastián, España. In Spanish.
