The second International e-Participation Symposium, held in London, 28-29 February 2008, featured expert presentations covering a wide range of developments in e-Government, e-Participation and emerging applications in information and communication technology (ICT). Presentations delivered in plenary session were webcast and can be viewed in the Symposium web archive. With powerpoint presentations, including the UNECE secretariat's presentation on eParticipation and empowerment under the Aarhus Convention.
