The Community of Democracies is a coalition of democratic countries with the common goal of strengthening democratic institutions and values at the national, regional, and global levels. Contains the Warsaw Declaration (in Arabic, English, French, Georgian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish and Ukrainian) adopted at the Community's first meeting and the Seoul Plan of Action (in English) adopted at the Community's second meeting, the report "CCD: the first 5 Years", Diplomat's Handbook and regional roundtables of the Civil Society Network.
