Draft Guidelines on Human Rights and the Environment. Special Rapporteur on Human Rights and the Environment prepared draft Guidelines on Human Rights and the Environment, on which he would like your views (available here (under announcements section) in English, French, Spanish). Drawing on his work over the past five years, the Guidelines summarize the basic human rights obligations of States on environmental matters, as they have been clarified by human rights bodies. If you would like to provide comments on them, please do so by emailing srenvironment[at]ohchr.org no later than 11 November 2017. Please indicate in the subject line of the email that you are providing comments on the draft Guidelines.
