Grants under this Bulgarian foundation's Capacity Building Fund will be provided to support Bulgarian NGOs secure consultations on various organisational development issues – e.g. division of responsibilities, teambuilding, quality of work, financial sustainability, publicity, etc.. The Fund is part of the ‘Efficiency and Effectiveness for Change’ project and will be open until the end of year 2006. In Bulgarian and English.
