Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation

The Black Sea Trust (BST) works in collaboration with a range of donors to provide grants to indigenous organizations working to foster and strengthen regional cooperation, civil society, and democratic foundations. BST operates three primary programs: Civic Participation, Cross-Border Initiatives, and East-East Cooperation. Civic Participation provides dozens of small grants annually to initiatives and indigenous organizations. Among the areas of the program's focus is strengthening civic initiatives that encourage transparency, citizen participation, and government accountability.
