Assistance to Ukraine on Implementation of the Aarhus Convention

The project aimed to assist Ukraine with compliance with legal, institutional and technical requirements of the Aarhus Convention in accordance with the association agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. Public hearings were held in all major towns of Ukraine and draft legislation prepared for adoption by the government and the Parliament.
