The Danish legislation amended the Act on Public Access on Documents in Administrative Files to bring Danish law in line with the information access provisions of the UNECE Aarhus Convention. The amendments include language specifying when the denial of an information request may be appealed to Denmark's Environmental Complaint Board under the country's Environmental Protection Act.
