Access to Justice in the Environmental Matters at EU Member State Level

The conference held from 29 to 30 August 2003 in Leuven, Belgium, outlined and discussed the three pillars of the Aarhus Convention and examined various directives that implement the Convention at the European Community and Member State level. The conference was attended by experts from the European Union and Central and Eastern Europe.
