Access to information, Participation and Justice in Environmental Decision-Making

The Centre for Sustainability, IT Sligo, Ireland has conducted research that asks how much real access do people have to environmental information, how much real influence can people have on decision-making that could have environmental and health impacts, and how easy is it for people to effectively access justice when their rights of access to information and decision-making are denied? The project partners encourage the public to comment on any aspect of the research. Comments may be posted on the website's Forum. With case studies and recommendations.
