Institute for Environmental Policy

The mission of the Institute for Environmental Policy (IEP) is to promote sustainable development in the Czech Republic, based on an awareness of the links between human needs and natural resources. IEP projects are often based upon co-operation with the public administration and upon the presentation of new topics in the sphere of sustainable development. With research on environmental law, European Union law and its impact on EU accession states, strengthening the role of law and the courts in the sphere of environmental protection, and sustainable production and consumption, among other topics.
