Spain: Environmental NGOs denounce the government to the EU for not including them in legal aid

Spanish NGO's will bring action against Spain to the EU as access to justice in environmental matters is a right since the ratification of the Aarhus Convention by Spain and the European Union. Article 9 of the Convention is violated by the Spanish Law on Fees and the reform of the Law of contentious Jurisdiction Administrative.
