The article deals with the question if Austrian citizens have a right to clean air in accordance with the Air Pollution Control Act ("Immissionsschutzgesetz Luft", IG-L), and how such a right can be enforced to the administration and in the courts while complying with Article 6 of the Aarhus Convention.
