Threat to the ecology of the lake and water reserve

Environmentalists and local community have repeatedly warned about the high environmental risks, up to the degradation and destruction of the lake that bears the only one to build a church on the territory of hydrological reserve and river catchments and lakes Stracha and Bolduc. Now added to the church courtyard and a children's camp.

The public has decided to once again appeal to the Ministry of Nature and the Environment with a request to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of all planned Orthodox community facilities near Lake Bolduc.

"Earlier, we were sent to the Ministry of Environment of the request to give a proper assessment of plans for the construction of the Orthodox Church on a panoramic hill lakeside Bolduc near the village Stanczyk, designed for simultaneous reception of a hundred people, because this object is located within the hydrological reserve" Shvakshty "constitutes a threat to local ecosystems, in particular, are extremely sensitive ecosystem of the lake. In his address to the Ministry of Natural Resources, the local community pays attention not only to the construction plans of the church and monastery to the camp, but also for the construction of a hotel complex, designed for 100 people in the village Voyshkuny.
