Supreme Court grants appeal against exclusion of the public from the process for completion of the Mochovce law

Regional Minister Dr. Stephan Pernkopf reports a "huge success of Lower Austria in the fight against nuclear power plants near the border." Because of the decision of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic on 20 August 2013, the expansion of the reactors must be set. "Now the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic has confirmed this objection and canceled the previous methods.
