EarthCAT is a guide developed by the Earth Charter Partnership for Sustainable Communities to developing and implementing a community sustainability plan. It provide practical instruction and theoretical background to the Earth Charter Initiative. Using EarthCAT, commmunities learn from the experiences of other communities in setting goals and targets, developing strategies to achieve them, and selecting indicators for monitoring progress towards a more sustainable future.
