The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has appointed a Rapporteur, Mr. Klaas De Vries, to draft an opinion on the Convention on Access to Official Documents. This opinion will be adopted by the PACE Legal Affairs and Human Rights Committee on 9 September 2008.
