Following two full years of drafting and review by Working Group experts, the 150-page guidance document, which was prepared by the UNECE secretariat, now enters the final stages of production. Following editing for style and layout, the text of the guidance will be translated from English into French and Russian. The guidance is expected to be issued as an official UN publication in mid-2007.
