The e-Governance Academy is organizing the seminar, "From Virtual Debates to Real Participation", to learn more about the problems that follow online discussions and forums. A keynote address will be delivered by Caerwyn Williams, of the e-Government Unit, European Commission. Mr Steven Clift, Board chair of E-democracy.org, will talk about the experience of the European Union with online consultation.
