The current phase of Kyrgyzstan’s development clearly requires quality changes in both the State and the society. Practical steps must be taken in the implementation of the Comprehensive Development Framework of the Kyrgyz Republic to year 2010 (CDF) and the National Poverty Reduction Strategy (NPRS).
