EU: Ecologists in Action and 130 other organizations express their rejection of the European law on critical raw materials

Over 130 organizations and 100 experts from 30 countries urge European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen to abolish the Critical Raw Materials Act. They allege the Act breaches human and environmental rights, fosters questionable mining, feeds corruption, ignores global effect, undermines public opinion, and violates the right to participation in decision-making under the Aarhus Convention.
