ECAS's mission is to empower civil society within the European Union by creating balance between public interest and corporate lobbying. Its work centers on 3 "C's": Civil Society in an Enlarged Union, Citizens' Rights, and Citizenship & Governance. Publishers of the "Blueprint" on European Citizenship, NGO Funding Guides, research reports and the enlargement "Hotline".
