The Aarhus Centre developed the Strategic Framework and Action Plan for 2010-2012. This document is based upon the Road Map for the Aarhus Centres, Aarhus Centre Guidelines and Aarhus Convention Strategic Plan that was adopted by the third meeting of Parties in Riga, in 2008.
