This guide was carried out under the project „Environmental impact assessment [EIA] and strategic environment assessment [SEA] - Process of transposition and implication at stakeholders’ level”. The purpose of the guide is to bring into discussion problems identified within the project regarding the methods of implementation and transposition of the issues regarding public participation to the decision making process in EIA and SEA, and also, to give the involved stakeholders an idea regarding the concept and mechanisms of concrete public participation to the mentioned procedures.
