Regulatory Resource Center

The Regulatory Resource Center is designed to educate citizens on how they can become involved in the American regulatory process ("Advocacy Center") and to inform the public about the workings of the United States regulatory process ("Policy Library"). The Advocacy Center includes: Comment on a rule; Find rules in the Federal Register; File a petition for rulemaking; Read the Unified Agenda (of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions). The Policy Library contains information on rulemaking, background, regulatory tools, glossary and references.
