The Report of the ECOSPHERE Forum held in Brussels, 27 October 2006, with the support of the Brussels Capital Region, on the EC Regulation (No.1367/2006) on the application of the provisions of the Aarhus Convention to EC institutions and bodies.The Forum was chaired by Dr. Ludwig Krämer, Professor of European environmental law at the University of Bremenand University College London.
