Turning point in environmental law: the Federal Administrative Court strengthens rights of action by environmental groups

Leipzig / Berlin, 09.05.2013: German environmental organizations can take legal action against all breaches of EU national environmental law in the future. This was decided by the Federal Administrative Court (Federal Administrative Court) in Leipzig on Thursday after a complaint of the German Environmental Aid Association (DUH).
