Task Force on Access to Justice prepares draft decision for Aarhus Convention 2nd Meeting of the Parties

The Task Force will work on finalizing draft decisions and recommendations for submission to the 2nd Meeting of the Parties. At its previous meetings the Task Force decided to recommend to the Meeting of the Parties that it should adopt a decision containing recommendations on the examination and dissemination of good practices and the sharing of experiences, and on information and training needs of judges, lawyers and other stakeholders. The draft elements for this decision will be further discussed and elaborated by the Task Force at its 3rd meeting.
