Sweden: youth organization sues over climate change

A youth organization filed a lawsuit against the Swedish State alleging that its sale of the state owned company Vattenfall's lignate operations in Germany violated international climate agreements and the rights of present and future generations. The organization relies on the Aarhus Convention in arguing it shall have access to court to claim damages.
