Serbia will prepare a National Plan to reduce emissions (National Emission Reduction Plan - Nerpa), which should be submitted to the Energy Community by the end of this year. The plan will hopefully be included in the National Energy Strategy and complies with the procedure of public participation provided by the Aarhus Convention.
